Observer Technical Training - For you to be able to effectively use the Observer Network Analyser in a logical step-by-step process as a network troubleshooting tool; to be able to employ all available effective troubleshooting techniques to quickly resolve problems in your networks; to be able to partner with the Observer Network Analyser to proactively monitor and baseline your networks; to be able to optimise your network and applications using the information you have gained from the Observer Network Analyser.

CA ITM 1 DayTechnical Training - The one day course comprises discussions,demonstrations and hands-on exercises of the ITM product suite.

CA ITM 2 Day Technical Training - This two day course comprises discussions,demonstrations and hands-on exercises of the ITM product suite in day one. Then introduces Gateway Prootection including Plugins and Protocol Scanners in day two.

CA ITM Webinar - The Webinar offers new and experienced users of the eTrust Antivirus suite a brief introduction to the various components on offer. The Webinar will explain the uses of the components and how to administer and manage the anti virus software.
