Changes to the way we send your invoice
From December 2008 we will be introducing a new look single page invoice to some of our customers - the information you currently receive in printed format will be available through 'Avantige' Online Billing.
If you currently use Webabillity online billing you will need to log in to 'Avantige' to view your online information, full details of how to log in to 'Avantige' will be sent in your December account - Customers who currently use Cascade online billing are unaffected by this change.
Our easy to read single page invoice will allow you to quickly see the amount you need to pay. Plus, by logging in to our 'Avantige' online billing system you can review your calls and charges online or download them as electronically - not only will the new design be easier to read it is also better for the environment.
Our online billing system allows you to better manage your telecommunication costs. With access to a breakdown of your charges and call usage, including historical information for the previous 12 months, you can easily review standard reports such as frequently called numbers and most expensive calls across your entire account or by individual lines. Plus, you can review unbilled call usage, download your account information for further analysis and much more.
Reduce your carbon footprint
From January 2009 online billing will also allow you to receive your invoices electronically. When you choose to receive your invoice electronically, each month your single page invoice will be emailed to the email address of your choosing. With online access to all your billing information you can easily review your account information to allow you manage your lines and services to reduce overheads and increase efficiency.
By choosing not to receive paper bills not only will you get your bill sooner, you will also reduce your carbon footprint.
To register to receive your invoice electronically instead of by post please complete the online billing registration form - this option may not be available to all customers, talk to your account manager for further details.
